Dietition

The purpose of our Dietitian program is to work with individuals one-on-one and in group settings to help improve eating habits and overall health. We provide specialty services in the delivery of medical nutrition therapy, and we work with our inter-disciplinary team by collecting data, assessing, monitoring, and reassessing patients in a primary care setting, ensuring that patients receive appropriate and optimal nutrition care.

Our Dietitian team consists of Registered Dietitians, Certified Diabetes Educators, and Social Workers.

Please speak to your doctor about a referral to our Dietitian Team.
