Build strong community connections while improving social, emotional and physical health and enjoying the outdoors.

    Walking for Wellness is a weekly drop-in walking program for residents of North Durham. The intention of this program is to build strong community connections while improving social, emotional, and physical health and enjoying the outdoors. The program runs every Tuesday afternoon starting at 1:30 PM from the Palmer Park Gazebo in Port Perry. This program is drop-in and weather permitting. All walking abilities are welcome.
